Products may have different availability depending on your location.
FairyLoot sales can be busy and exciting! To help make your experience as smooth as possible, we’ve put together some key tips and information to keep in mind before and during the sale. 💜
Please make sure you’ve checked the sale time carefully and converted it into your local timezone ahead of time.
Sale times can vary between titles, so we recommend double-checking the details before the sale goes live to ensure you’re fully prepared.
Our Early Access sales can be accessed in two ways:
For standalone books, first books in a series, or sets, active subscribers can access Early Access sales directly through the memberships section of their account. If your email hasn’t arrived yet, checking there can save you time and help you join the sale sooner.
For sequel sales and password-protected titles, please make sure you’re using the password provided in your sale email, rather than your account login password. These are different, and using your account password won’t grant access to the sale page.
Good to Know:
During Early Access, sale items won’t be visible in the main online shop. To access the item during Early Access, please use:
Once Early Access ends, any remaining stock will move to the main shop (fairyloot.com/fairy-trove).
Signed stock is produced in limited quantities. If signed stock sells out:
During Early Access sales, once signed stock has sold out, a link to the unsigned edition will appear directly in the signed product’s description (if available).
For high-traffic sales, a queue system will activate to help manage website traffic.
A few helpful things to know:
There is no advantage to joining the pre-queue too early. As long as you are in the pre-queue before the sale begins, you will have the same chance as everyone else when positions are assigned.
Your place in the queue is linked to your session, so accidentally refreshing the page should not affect your position. However, leaving the page, switching devices, or being inactive for an extended period of time may result in losing your place.
To avoid this:
To help avoid any issues during checkout, please keep the following in mind:
If your order is processed more than once by accident:
Confirmation emails may sometimes take a little longer to arrive during busy sales.
If:
Then your order has been successfully processed, even if the email hasn’t arrived yet.
“Product Cannot Be Purchased”
This usually means you’re not logged in to an account with an active subscription.
Before contacting us, we recommend:
If you are logged in and still seeing this message, our Customer Support team can look into your subscription for you.
“There Is Not Enough Stock to Add to Your Cart”
This message can be confusing, especially if the product page still appears to show stock available.
What’s happening here is that:
Stock levels can change quickly, and while availability may briefly reappear, it will likely move to out of stock shortly after.
We know that being looped in on what’s happening during the sale is extremely important.
During every sale, we share updates* via our Social Media channels. This includes information from Early Access emails, to stock updates, queue information and more. You can find updates on the following platforms:
*Please note: Our team works 9-5 UK time, and updates may be limited outside of these hours.
Our Customer Support team does their best to prioritise time-sensitive sale queries, but response times may be slightly longer during very busy periods. We have a dedicated sale team on hand during UK working hours.
Before reaching out, we recommend checking our FAQ, as many common sale questions are answered there.
If you do need to get in touch, you can contact our friendly fairies here.
And for helping us make our sales as smooth and fair as possible for everyone. We hope these tips help you feel more prepared for sale day, and we can’t wait to share more editions with you. 💜
