We are looking for 2 new full-time Customer Support Assistants to join our passionate and diverse Customer Support Team in May 2024.

You will be working closely with the rest of our Customer Support Team to answer customer’s questions or concerns.

We are looking for someone that has a good knowledge of what FairyLoot is, is able to work well under pressure, and work confidently alone whilst keeping their Manager well informed. As part of an ever-growing team, adaptability skills are key to this role. 

Key tasks include:
– Providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
– Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions.
– Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
– Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
– Adapt to new information quickly and confidently to work towards solutions.
– Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Equipment:

– Laptop/Desktop Computer with working microphone*
– Good Wifi
*Please note, your computer will need to be able to run various programmes while connected to online calls for training

Working Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (35 hours a week)
Workplace: Work from home
Salary: Β£21,800 GBP per annum
Job Level: Entry
