You’ll help keep our orders and sales operations running smoothly, maintain accurate records, and support a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contributions make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
🖥️ Processing and updating customer orders: You’ll help make sure all orders are processed correctly, product pages are updated, and website information is accurate so customers always have a smooth experience.
📅 Supporting order and sales schedules: You’ll assist with setting up sales and launches, updating any changes or delays, and helping to make sure information is shared clearly across the team.
🔎 Monitoring sales and stock levels: You’ll keep an eye on stock levels during sales, flag any low or missing items, and share updates with the team to help everything run smoothly.
📂 Maintaining records and documentations: You’ll organise and update all records, tracking progress, reporting metrics, and ensuring that data is accurate and easily accessible for decision-making and cross-team collaboration.
📊 Supporting stock and fulfilment coordination: You’ll communicate with warehouses on stock and order queries, help check for any issues, and support the team in keeping fulfilment running efficiently.

Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and adaptable, capable of solving problems effectively and confidently
- Able to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive customer and operational information with discretion
- Some experience in using task-tracking tools and spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets, and similar) is beneficial, however training will be provided
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Legal right to work in the UK

💰 Starting Salary: £26,000 per annum
