The Cosy Fantasy Quarterly Subscription is a brand-new quarterly offering from FairyLoot. It will automatically renew every three months, delivering a beautifully customised collector’s edition of a cosy fantasy release straight to your doorstep.

What are cosy fantasy books?
Cosy fantasy is a feel-good corner of the fantasy genre where the stakes are low, the vibes are warm, and the focus is on community, friendship, and everyday wonder. Think charming stories about tea shops, bookshops, found families, and uplifting endings that feel like a literary hug.

What kind of books will be featured?
Expect stories that feel magical and comforting in equal measure. Some examples of cosy fantasy titles are:

Yes! Each featured title will be a new release published within or around that quarter.

What ages is this suitable for?
This subscription is for readers aged 18+. It will feature a mix of Young Adult and Adult Cosy fantasy books.

Will there be romance?
Most titles will include elements of romance, ranging from subtle to sweet, but it will not be the primary theme.

Will there be explicit sexual content?
These titles are generally low in sexual content (“spice”). While some Adult titles may include limited explicit content, it will always be minimal and not the central focus of the story.

How much will it cost?
£24 GBP / $32 USD + shipping and taxes (where applicable).

What is the renewal and shipping schedule?

• Renewals:
  • Quarter One: January 2nd
  • Quarter Two: April 2nd
  • Quarter Three: July 2nd
  • Quarter Four: October 2nd
• Shipping:
  Boxes will ship within the same quarter as your renewal. For example: if you are charged in January, your box will ship between January–March. We always aim to dispatch as early as possible.

What will be in the box?
Each box will include one Cosy Fantasy book with bespoke FairyLoot customisations.

What customisations will the books have?
Every edition will include bespoke FairyLoot customisations that you have come to know and love, such as:

• Redesigned covers
• Artwork on the endpapers
• Embossed or foil details
• Digitally sprayed or stencilled edges
• Hand-signed books (where possible)

Each book is designed to be a true collector’s item.

How can I join?
Waitlist sign-ups will open on Monday, October 20th at 4pm BST. Active subscribers and newsletter subscribers will receive an email with the sign-up link. We’ll also share the link on our social media channels at that time.

When will invitations go out?
Invitations will begin rolling out in early December 2025 in batches, and will be sent to people in order of sign up. Spots are limited, so be sure to check your email – invitations are valid for a limited time only.

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping rates and taxes will apply.

No, this is a standalone subscription.

What if I miss my invitation?
If you don’t claim your invitation in time, your spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. You can rejoin the waitlist for future openings.
